Mr. & Mrs. Donald
North East Tour - December, 2004
Hi Renu,
As promised, here is some feedback on our trip. We had a fantastic time, we
cannot thank you enough. All the way, we felt we were being 'watched over'
by a guardian determined that we should have the best of everything. The way
you handled our change of plans following the Tsunami was most impressive,
our flights and accommodation changed in less than an hour, we couldn't
believe it. Some of the comments below we have already mentioned to Partha
or yourself, and I make them only because I know you are quality conscious.
Kind regards,
Bronwene

North India Tour - January, 2005
We just wanted to thank you for making our magical mystery tour of India so
wonderful - we have stayed in the best hotels, had good informative guides
and we just love India! All our travels been on time and very interesting!
The hotel in Udaipur was perfect - we felt like lord and lady - all the
staff personally knew us and took great care so that we could enjoy our
Shabbat without any problems - thank you.
With very best wishes

Dear Renujee,
Before you close File # 1944 we also want to tell that this has been like
an icing on the cake of our memorable trip "India 2004" and the
credit for it goes to Timeless Excursions in no small a measure! The hotels
you picked up at every destination were appropriate and the service was
pampering. The sight-seeing tours were well organized and the guides at each
location were knowledgeable and friendly. The domestic air travel was
hassle- free and always on time. Your local representatives were polite and
punctual. But just as all good things also come to an end, the beautiful
start of your care & concern at Bombay also had to end beautifully at
Goa amidst the beauty of the virgin beaches & the solitude of a relaxed
healthy atmosphere in lush greenery at Taj cottage. We had hoped to see you
in person there but you were conspicuous by your absence.
All in all we enjoyed. Our association with Timeless was an affair to
remember. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you again for the excellent
arrangements you made.

Elephant Care Project - Remarks from one of our present volunteers in the
south of India
"Thank you for the wonderful experience that I am getting here. I must
say that I am so much enjoying myself here and it has really been amazing
and will be for the rest of my stay as well. I am having lunch
with the mahouts, I have sat on "my" elephant and gave it
commands, the mahouts are teaching me everything, including malayalam. Boths
docters are great and I just had to let you know this. Another nice thing,
today there was an article including photograph about me and the programme
and you in one of the biggest newspapaers here in Kerala. That also was
quiete and experience. anyway, I just wanted to let you both know that I am
having a unique and great time here and am doing my best to adjust. Thanks a
lot.

VISIT TOUR TO - Dedhradun Placement
Looking back over our time here, it has gone so quickly and so much has
happened. We have been on a few home visits, made loads of friends, filled
in millions of autograph books and managed to see some of the surrounding
area as well.
Not only have we settled into the school, we have settled into Indian
culture. We hardly notice the powercuts and the children have taught us some
Indian games and Hindi Songs. I am so glad I chose to do a placement in
India. Because, these kinds of things just are not experienced through
travelling alone.
It has been fascinating to see how the school systems works especially the
school exams they are certainly different to Britain!
Whilst I am looking forward to travelling and seeing more of Indian I feel
settled here and it will be sad to leave! I will definitely keep in contact
with some of the children and am just looking forward to coming back some
day!

It was all fentastic Renu, you did a wonderful job of putting together an
inspiring and educational textile tour. Most impressive for me was Ms. Raj
Kanwar's , Mossifor Ali's home and workshop, the Taj Mahal but most of all -
it was having you Renu with us. Watching you run your business.
The evening meals outside at the palaces and hotels really captured to me
the past gloring of India.
The co-operative weaving workshop at Varanasi - Ramnagar - I was
very impressed with this as a contrast to Mr. Ali and Mr. Kanwar's cocktails
at your home.

Happy new year to you, your family and all your staff.
I just wanted to write and tell you what a fabulaous time we had. Timeless
Excursions handled our arrangements in a most professional and efficient
manner. We have rarely come across such a professional travel agent. We were
all very impressed. Rakesh in particular was very efficient, helpful and
took very good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Please pass
on our thanks and immanse gratitude to him. (Please also thank him for
posting my letter which arrived this morning.)
We loved our trip so much that we now want to return to India - maybe next
year to visit the South and for a longer time. This trip was quite tiring
because we were so tight on time. Richard couldn't take any more time off
work.
Thank you also for the sightseeing tour of Delhi. It was very kind of you.
We found the sightseeing around Delhi very interesting which we hadn't
expected.
I hope we will get to finaly meet you in London in the summer. Please do
get in touch and come and have some dinner with us. I have already
recommended Timeless to several of our triends in London, who all want to
visit India in the near future.
I hope 2002 will bring much joy and happiness and that it will be
prosperous year for Timeless Excursions. I hope you eventually manage to
retneve all your lost data. I know what you must be going through. Something
very similar happened to us when our system crashed. However the burglary
makes it even worse.
With many thanks and best wishes.

Just to say thank you so much for all your help and for the lovely boat
ride on Lake Pichola. We are having the most amazing time -- certainly one
of the best holidays we have ever had -- and as predicted, we have organised
next year's trip (Mumbai, Ellora, Ajanta, Hampi, etc.) and will be in touch
with you shortly to sort out details... In the meantime, we thought it would
be fun to meet up for dinner when you and Dilip are next in London so do
send us an e-mail to let up know when yu are due to be coming.
Kind regards.

TOUR -THE FOLLOWING REPORT IS FILED BY LIEVEN AND INGRID VANDOORNE FROM

Just back from a week trip to India and very enthusiastic about an
organisation who offers trips for people in a wheelchair to India.
To introduces ourselves: me, Ingrid paraplegic (car-accident in 1995, small
wheelchair, about 60 cm) and my husband, 40 years old. We travel very
frequently, always on our own, never in group and normally we organise all
the arrangements ourselves.
This time, related to this destination, it was ofcourse much easier if
someone would take care of us. After research on the internet, we found an
organisation named Timeless Excursions and we just tried it out! In fact it
was great.

Thank you for arranging an incredible and spectacular trip! We were very
impressed by everything and strongly recommend your agency to our friends
and local agent.
We thought the arrangement went well and made us feel very at ease with
everything. Also, we were impressed by your dedication to insuring that we
were met at the various transport sites--- It really helps! Further, we were
extremely impressed by the Directors hospitality; it really shows class and
dedication.
Thank you !
